Another lovely session here and my ankle felt OK. Well powered with my 4.5m sail and my little JP Wave board.

Dead onshore so just blasting back and forth along the waters edge with the odd bit of whitewater to hop over / off. Sailed down towards the estuary a few times and then off to Borth a few times. Lots of nice little jumps and the occasional bigger bit of air too.

Sarah was out attempting to surf in the mush as well.
